Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

Every piece in this kit is laid up and cured the same way, in the same run. That is what makes a multi-part order read as one set on the car rather than a stack of separate purchases that happen to arrive on the same truck — matched weave direction and matched gloss, front to back. It is the part you cannot buy back later by ordering pieces one at a time.

Available Carbon Finishes

• Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
• Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern

Please note: Matte, Red, Blue, and Forged Carbon finishes are non-refundable once production has started. The finish you choose applies to every piece in the kit.

Fitment

2024-2027 Chevrolet Corvette C8 E-Ray Coupe only. Does not fit Convertible models. This kit uses the OEM-style rear diffuser, which is the correct part for the E-Ray — the Z06 diffuser will not fit. The rear camera cover and engine hatch vents are coupe-specific parts.
