2020-2027 C8 Corvette Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser (Stingray, E-Ray, Grand Sport)

The factory rear diffuser on your C8 already looks right. This one looks like it came from the same design studio, just a step further.

This is a direct replacement, not a modification. The diffuser reuses your factory clips and tab locations, and your factory mesh grill bolts directly into it using your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.

Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber in an OEM-style shape that stays true to the C8's factory design language rather than turning the rear end into something that looks bolted on from a track car. It is finished with a deep, multi-layer UV-inhibiting clear coat built to hold up to the heat, road debris and grime that come with sitting at the rear of the car.

Pairs with the Carbon Fiber Engine Hatch Vents and Carbon Fiber Lower Engine Hatch Trim to finish the whole rear. On a Stingray it is part of the Stingray Carbon Fiber Exterior Kit.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

A diffuser sits low and directly behind the rear wheels, in the path of stone chips, road salt and exhaust heat. The strake edges are the detail that suffers first on a molded plastic part.

• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
• Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern
