2024-2027 Ford Mustang Dark Horse Carbon Fiber Front End Bundle Kit (S650)

Five parts make up the whole face of a Dark Horse — the spoiler under the bumper, the surrounds flanking the headlights, the bumper inserts, the trim across the top of the grille, and the vent on the hood. Replace one and the other four look like exactly what they are.

Ordered together they are built and finished in one run, so the weave direction and the gloss level match across the entire front of the car.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

All five pieces here are cut for the Dark Horse specifically. The Dark Horse front end is not the GT front end, and a part sold as "Dark Horse style" is usually a GT part shaped to imitate one.

• Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
• Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern

Please note: Matte, Red, Blue, and Forged Carbon finishes are non-refundable once production has started. The finish you choose applies to all five pieces.
