2024-2027 Ford Mustang Dark Horse Carbon Fiber Front Spoiler (S650)

The Dark Horse gets a lower front bumper the GT does not, and Ford finished it in painted plastic.

A direct replacement for the factory Dark Horse front spoiler, built to the factory shape from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber.

Sits below the Dark Horse Front Bumper Inserts and the Upper Grille Trim. All five Dark Horse front pieces come together in the Carbon Dark Horse Front End Bundle Kit for less than buying them separately.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

A front spoiler is the lowest and most exposed part on the car, and it is also the one most often sold in the wrong fitment. This one is cut for the Dark Horse bumper, not a GT part adapted to look like one.

Available Carbon Finishes

• Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
• Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern
