Pre-LCI or LCI? The M2, M3 and M4 moved to LCI for 2025. Please make sure you choose whether your car is an LCI (2025+) when you order, so we build the right wheel for your car.
Race-style cores. Carbon, leather, Alcantara. You choose the core, the finish, the grip, the stitch color, the top stripe and the paddles when you order. Heated wheel from the factory? Select heating when you order and it stays heated.
You keep your original wheel. No core to send in. Nothing comes off the car until the new wheel arrives, so you keep driving. Airbag module, steering wheel controls and factory paddles are not supplied: your installer moves them over from the original when the new wheel goes on.

There is no core exchange. Your original wheel stays with you, and it is what your installer takes the airbag and controls from. Keep it.
Airbag. We do not supply, modify, replace or bypass an airbag. Your existing module is transferred by a qualified technician following the manufacturer's procedure — see Installation Notes below.
Heating. If your car came with a heated wheel, heating is built into the new wheel during construction, not moved across from the old one. That means you have to select it when you order. It cannot be added once a build has started, or retrofitted afterwards.
Driver assistance and vehicle technology. Depending on the vehicle, the steering wheel can be tied to lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, hands-on-wheel detection, driver monitoring and the heated wheel, and these systems differ from car to car and from model year to model year. We build the wheel to accept your factory components. Where a vehicle needs a specific module or additional work to keep a function, we tell you before we build, not after. If a particular function matters to you, tell us when you order.
Factory functions are not guaranteed. Every vehicle, model year and option package is different, so we cannot guarantee that every factory (OEM) function will work exactly as it did with your original wheel. In some cases a driver assistance feature may be limited or unavailable, or a warning light or fault code may appear. We do not reprogram, recalibrate or warrant your vehicle's driver assistance or electronic systems. Any coding, programming or recalibration your vehicle needs is your responsibility and at your cost, and a factory function that does not carry over is not a manufacturing defect.
What we do stand behind is the wheel itself. It is built to order in carbon fiber with hand-stitched leather or Alcantara, made to last for years of daily driving, and covered by our 6-month warranty.
1. Pick your spec. Choose the core, carbon finish, grip, stitching, top stripe and paddles above. If your car came with a heated wheel, select it. The cost of each option shows as you pick it.
2. Order and pay. Pay in full at checkout — there is no deposit and no quote.
3. Confirm and finalize. We contact you to confirm your year and trim and ask for photos of your current wheel, so the new one is built to accept your airbag, controls and paddles, and you approve the final spec by email. You have 48 hours from receiving your order confirmation email to cancel for a full refund. After that your build is in the schedule and the order cannot be canceled.
4. Build and ship. Production starts once your spec is final and we have your photos. Roughly 4–6 weeks, then shipped free within the 48 contiguous states. Your car stays on the road the whole time.
5. Installation. Your airbag module and steering wheel controls are transferred out of your original wheel and into the new one. This is a job for a qualified technician — see Installation Notes below.

Shipping
Free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Your wheel is built to order in roughly 4–6 weeks from order processing; once it leaves our facility, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and international orders ship by quote — contact us before ordering. Full details in our Shipping policy.
Cancellation
You have 48 hours from receiving your order confirmation email to cancel for a full refund. After that your wheel is in production, built to your approved spec, and the order cannot be canceled, refunded, returned or exchanged — including for a change of mind, a change of vehicle, or any part of the spec you approved.
Inspection on arrival
Inspect your wheel and its packaging when it arrives. If it is damaged, or does not match the spec you approved, email sales@feralauto.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the wheel and the packaging, and keep all packaging. A wheel damaged in transit is replaced, not refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are made only for a verified manufacturing defect or a compatibility error caused by Feral Auto, such as the wrong core used for your vehicle. Whenever the fault is ours, we will repair, rebuild or replace your wheel at no cost to you, including return shipping. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
6-month warranty
Your wheel is covered for 6 months from the date of delivery against structural and finish defects in manufacturing, and against RPM lights that stop working, where your wheel's core includes them. It does not cover:
- Alcantara wear, pilling or discoloration from use
- Threads stripped or overtightened at installation — use a torque wrench
- Chips, dings and scratches that appear after installation
- Damage caused by installation by anyone other than a qualified technician
- Factory functions that do not carry over, or warning lights and fault codes that need coding to clear
Installation, removal and labor costs are not covered. To make a claim, email sales@feralauto.com with your order number and clear photographs or video of the problem.
