2021-2027 BMW M3/M4 Carbon Fiber Front Spoiler (G80, G82, G83)

BMW built the G8X with the widest track and the most aggressive front end any M3 or M4 has had. The lower lip is where that stops and turns back into painted plastic.

A Feral Auto design, not a copy of any BMW part, built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber and shaped to extend the factory bumper forward and down along its own lines.

Runs with the CSL-Style Grille and Front Bumper Ducts to finish the front end — or take all three together in the Carbon Front End Bundle Kit for less than buying them separately. At the other end of the car, the Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser closes it out in the same weave.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

A front spoiler is the lowest, most exposed part on the car and the one most likely to meet a driveway lip. Consolidation is what keeps the leading edge from delaminating the first time it touches something.

• Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern
