2021-2027 Ford F-150 Carbon Fiber Fender Vents (Raptor, Raptor R)

The F-150 Raptor and Raptor R are built around a stance nothing else in the half-ton segment has — wide fenders, long-travel suspension, and bodywork shaped for desert speed. The fender vents sitting in the middle of all that are still painted plastic. These are Feral Auto's OEM+ carbon replacements for them, sold as a matched pair.

Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber, they are direct OEM replacements for the factory parts: same openings, same mounting points, same hardware. Finished with a polished automotive-grade clear coat with UV inhibitors that holds up to sun, road debris, and whatever the front tires throw at fender height. One part number covers both the Raptor and the Raptor R.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

Fender height on a Raptor is the hardest place on the truck to put a part. It sits directly in the spray off a 35-inch tire, taking grit, salt and standing water from below at speed. Moisture working into a laminate with trapped air in it is how a carbon part starts lifting at the edges — a consolidated pre-preg part under a UV-inhibited clear coat does not give it the opening. Both vents are finished and packaged together so the pair matches.
