Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber, they are direct OEM replacements for the factory panels: same openings, same mounting points, same hardware. They carry the same vented, scooped language as the rest of the truck's body lines in real dry carbon, finished with a polished automotive-grade clear coat with UV inhibitors that holds up to sun, road debris, and moisture at fender height. One part number covers both the TRX and the RHO.

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Wet layup and vacuum infusion add resin at the mold, and the result varies with whoever laid it.
Fender height is where the truck throws everything it picks up. Road spray, grit, and salt hit these panels from below at speed, and moisture sitting against a laminate with trapped air in it is how a carbon part starts to lift at the edges. A consolidated pre-preg panel under a UV-inhibited clear coat simply does not give it a way in. Both vents are finished and packaged together so the pair matches.

These are direct replacements, not modifications. The vents fit the factory fender vent openings on your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.
We recommend professional installation. Minor adjustments during fitment are a normal part of installing any carbon fiber body component and are not an indication of a defect. Carbon fiber parts are finished by hand, so slight variations in weave alignment and clear coat between individual pieces are normal.
