A carbon fiber grille loses half its impact if the headlights on either side of it still look stock. These are Feral Auto's OEM+ carbon replacements for the factory headlight surrounds, sold as a matched pair so both sides get the same treatment.
Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber, they are direct OEM replacements for the factory panels: same openings, same mounting points, same hardware. They frame your TRX's headlights in real dry carbon, sharpening the front end and tying grille, headlights, and hood into one look — finished with a polished automotive-grade clear coat with UV inhibitors that keeps the gloss deep right where people look first.

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Wet layup and vacuum infusion add resin at the mold, and the result varies with whoever laid it.
On a matched pair, process consistency is the whole game. Two panels sitting a few feet apart on the same face of the truck will show any difference in weave angle or gloss level immediately. Autoclave curing produces a repeatable result part to part, and we finish and package both surrounds together so the pair leaves as a pair.

These are direct replacements, not modifications. The surrounds sit into the factory headlight openings on your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.
We recommend professional installation. Minor adjustments during fitment are a normal part of installing any carbon fiber body component and are not an indication of a defect. Carbon fiber parts are finished by hand, so slight variations in weave alignment and clear coat between individual pieces are normal.
