The 2025 refresh gave the Explorer ST a flatter, more upright face than the model it replaced. The factory lower bumper stops short of finishing the thought.

This spoiler is the front-end piece in the Carbon Fiber Aero Bundle Kit (Sport), which takes it plus the grille, skirts, roof spoiler, diffuser and mid wing in one order at a lower price than buying the six separately.

Fits the 2025-2027 Ford Explorer ST only. The 2025 refresh reshaped the front end, so this part does not fit 2020-2024 Explorers.

Why Carbon Fiber

On a part this wide, stiffness is the property that decides whether it still looks right in two years. A front spoiler spans the full width of the bumper with mounting points only at intervals, and every unsupported inch between them is somewhere a softer material can flex, chatter at speed or settle into a permanent sag under summer heat.

A three-row SUV carries a wide front bumper, and width is what punishes a flexible part. A front spoiler is also the lowest thing on the vehicle — it meets driveway lips and parking blocks before anything else does, so edge quality matters as much as stiffness.

Carbon also carries its finish in the weave rather than in a coating over the top. Scuff a painted plastic spoiler and you reach a different color underneath; scuff this one and you are still looking at carbon.

Returns require our approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request one. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Items that have been installed, used or modified cannot be returned. Non-standard carbon finishes are non-returnable once the order has been placed.
