The 2025 refresh gave the Explorer ST a wider, flatter grille than the model it replaced — and filled it with painted plastic.

This is a direct OE-shape replacement, built from premium 2x2 twill carbon fiber to the same geometry as the factory grille. It uses the original mounting points and sits in the stock location, so the lines of the front end stay exactly as Ford drew them. The material is what changes.

Runs with the Sport or Track Front Spoiler, and it is one of the six pieces in both Carbon Fiber Aero Bundle Kits — Sport and Track. There is no FRP version of this grille — it is carbon only, which is why the FRP Aero Bundle Kits do not include one.

Fits the 2025-2027 Ford Explorer ST only. The 2025 refresh reshaped the front end, so this part does not fit 2020-2024 Explorers.

Why Carbon Fiber

A grille is the one part on the vehicle with nothing in front of it. Everything the road throws forward arrives here first and arrives at speed: stone chips, grit, insects in summer, and the washer fluid and pressure washer that follow at every clean.

Painted plastic loses that argument slowly. A chip goes through the color to a lighter substrate underneath, and a pale speck on a dark grille reads from ten feet away — then it collects more of them, in the same few places, season after season.

Because the weave here is the finish itself rather than a coating over a different material, the same impact leaves a mark rather than a bright spot. That is the whole case for carbon on this particular panel.

Returns require our approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request one. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Items that have been installed, used or modified cannot be returned. Non-standard carbon finishes are non-returnable once the order has been placed.
