Six parts, and the Explorer ST stops reading as a trim level. The 2025 refresh gave it a squarer, more upright face — this kit works that new front end and carries the change down the flanks and across the tailgate.

The Sport spoiler extends the factory line rather than reshaping it, so on this kit the weave is what announces the change. All six come in one order, with the finish you choose applied to every piece from the grille to the mid wing. Prefer to build in stages? Every piece is also sold on its own.

What's Included

Ordered as a kit, these cost about $1,050 less than buying them one at a time in Standard Gloss, and every finish upgrade costs less inside the kit than outside it.

Why This Kit Is 2025-2027 Only

Four of these six parts fit any Explorer ST from 2020 on — side skirts, roof spoiler, rear diffuser and mid trunk wing. The other two do not. The front spoiler and the OE-style grille are cut for the front end the 2025 refresh introduced, and both the bumper and the grille aperture changed shape.

So the kit as a set is 2025-2027. On a 2020-2024 ST, order those four parts individually — they are the same parts, at their own listings. There is no 2020-2024 version of this kit, because two of its six pieces have no 2020-2024 equivalent.

Why Carbon Fiber

Carbon earns its place over factory plastic on three counts. It holds a crisp edge where plastic softens and rounds off. It resists the flex and sag that makes a long part look tired after a season. And the weave is the finish itself rather than a coating applied over it, so a scuff does not expose a different color underneath.

Please note: Matte, Honey Comb, and Forged Carbon finishes are non-refundable once the order has been placed. The finish you choose applies to all six pieces.

Returns require our approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request one. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Items that have been installed, used or modified cannot be returned. Non-standard carbon finishes are non-returnable once the order has been placed.
