The Durango is a long vehicle, and the run of body between the front and rear arches is the flattest, plainest surface on it. From the side, that is most of what people see.
Side skirts in autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber, shaped to the Durango's own rocker line and running the full length between the arches. Sold as a matched pair, left and right, finished together so the weave and gloss match side to side.

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.
A rocker panel is the longest unsupported span on the vehicle, which makes it the first place a composite shows its limits. Sag in the middle of a side skirt is visible from across a parking lot, and stiffness is what prevents it.
