2023-2027 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Carbon Fiber Side Skirts (Z06, E-Ray, Grand Sport)

The wide-body C8's flanks are the longest uninterrupted surface on the car, and from the factory the rockers under them are painted plastic.

This is a direct replacement, not a modification. The skirts mount to the factory rocker locations using your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.

Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber and sold as a pair, driver and passenger side, finished together so the weave and gloss match left to right.

Pairs with the Carbon Fiber Front Spoiler and Carbon Fiber Quarter Panel Side Scoops to carry the same weave down the side. Everything together is the Carbon Fiber Exterior Kit.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

A side skirt is a long, shallow part with very little depth to stiffen it. That is exactly the shape that sags and chatters when the laminate is inconsistent, and it is the part people see from three feet away at every car meet.

• Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
• Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern
