2023-2027 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser (Z06, Grand Sport)

The Z06 and Grand Sport are the most aggressive-looking Corvettes Chevrolet has built. The rear diffuser under the bumper is still painted plastic.

This is a direct replacement, not a modification. The diffuser mounts to the factory rear bumper locations using your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.

Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber and shaped to the Z06 and Grand Sport rear bumper.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

A diffuser sits low and directly behind the rear wheels, in the path of stone chips, road salt and exhaust heat. The strake edges are the detail that suffers first on a molded plastic part.

• Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
• Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern
