2023-2027 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Carbon Fiber Front Spoiler (Z06, E-Ray, Grand Sport)

The C8 Z06, E-Ray, and Grand Sport turned the all-American classic into a supercar-shaped thing. The factory front spoiler underneath all that is still painted plastic.

This is a direct replacement, not a modification. The front spoiler mounts to the factory locations on your front fascia using your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.

Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber, shaped to the wide-body C8's own bumper line.

Runs with the Carbon Fiber Side Skirts and Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser — all of it comes together in the Carbon Fiber Exterior Kit. Add Z07 Dive Planes to sharpen the front corners further.

Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.

A front spoiler is the lowest and most exposed part on the car. It meets driveway lips, parking blocks and road debris before anything else does, so rigidity and edge quality matter more here than anywhere else on the Corvette.

• Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
• Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
• Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
• Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
• Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern
