The C8 Z06, E-Ray and Grand Sport have the longest uninterrupted flanks in the range, and from the factory the rockers under them are painted plastic.
This is a direct replacement, not a modification. The skirts mount to the factory rocker locations using your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.
Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber and sold as a pair, driver and passenger side, finished together so the weave and gloss match left to right.
Fits the 2023-2027 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06, 2024-2027 E-Ray and 2027 Grand Sport, Coupe and Convertible.
Why the Pair Is Finished Together
Side skirts are the one part on the car where both halves are almost never seen at the same time — and that is exactly why they have to match. Nobody photographs both flanks at once, but they do walk from one side to the other, and a gloss level or weave direction that shifts between them is the kind of thing you notice once and then cannot stop noticing.
Curing both skirts in the same run is what prevents it. Ordered separately, or ordered months apart, two parts from different runs can differ enough in sheen to read as mismatched in direct sun even when each one is faultless on its own.
Pairs with the Carbon Fiber Front Spoiler and Carbon Fiber Quarter Panel Side Scoops to carry the same weave down the side. It is a standard part in the Z06, E-Ray and Grand Sport Exterior Kits, where the whole set is finished in one run for the same reason.
Fits three trims — browse the Z06, E-Ray and Grand Sport collections for the rest of the range.
Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber
Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.
A side skirt is a long, shallow part with very little depth to stiffen it. That is exactly the shape that sags and chatters when the laminate is inconsistent, and it is the part people see from three feet away at every car meet.
