Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber, this upper grille trim is a direct OEM replacement for the factory panel: same opening, same mounting points, same hardware. It turns the front end into a statement without altering a single line of the truck's factory geometry, finished with a polished automotive-grade clear coat with UV inhibitors that keeps the weave deep and glossy for years.

Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Wet layup and vacuum infusion add resin at the mold, and the result varies with whoever laid it.
On the panel that meets highway debris first, that consolidation is structural and not just cosmetic. A densely packed laminate resists chips and flex far better than a resin-rich wet-layup part carrying air in the weave — and it holds a flat, even weave pattern across a wide panel where any inconsistency would be obvious.

This is a direct replacement, not a modification. The trim sits into the factory grille opening on your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.
We recommend professional installation. Minor adjustments during fitment are a normal part of installing any carbon fiber body component and are not an indication of a defect. Carbon fiber parts are finished by hand, so slight variations in weave alignment and clear coat between individual pieces are normal.
