The wide-body C8 already wears an aggressive front grille from the factory. Carbon inserts are the cheapest way to make it read as intentional rather than standard.
This is a direct replacement, not a modification. The inserts mount to the factory grille locations using your existing hardware — nothing to drill, nothing to cut, nothing permanent. No additional hardware is included, and none is required.
Built from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg dry carbon fiber, cut to the wide-body C8's own grille openings.
Works with the Carbon Fiber Front Spoiler to finish the front end, and is included in the Carbon Fiber Exterior Kit.
Why Autoclave Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber
Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the weave at a controlled ratio, so no resin is added by hand during layup — that is what makes it dry carbon. Curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave consolidates the laminate and drives out trapped air that would otherwise show as flaws in the finished surface. Other processes introduce the resin at the mold, so the ratio is set during layup rather than before it.
A grille insert sits directly in the path of everything the front of the car hits — stone chips, bugs, road salt. The weave here is the finish itself rather than a color layer over something else, so a scuff does not expose a different material underneath.

- Gloss (Standard) — our standard high-gloss 2x2 twill weave
- Matte Carbon — same weave, low-sheen matte finish
- Red Carbon — red-tinted carbon weave
- Blue Carbon — blue-tinted carbon weave
- Forged Carbon — marbled, high-strength forged carbon pattern
