Built using an autoclave process with pre-preg 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth — resin is pre-impregnated into the cloth and cured under heat and pressure, rather than hand-laid, for a denser panel with a more consistent carbon-to-resin ratio than wet-layup or vacuum-infused alternatives. Finished with an automotive-grade, UV-inhibiting clear coat that resists yellowing and clouding over time.
