The Explorer ST rides on long rocker panels, and the factory finishes them in painted plastic.

A Feral Auto design, not a copy of any Ford part, built from premium 2x2 twill carbon fiber and shaped to the Explorer's own rocker line. Sold as a matched pair, left and right, finished together so the weave and gloss match side to side.

The same shape is made in FRP if you would rather it disappeared into your paint code.

On 2025-2027 vehicles these run with the Sport or Track Front Spoiler, and they pair with the Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser across the full 2020-2027 range. They are also part of both Carbon Fiber Aero Bundle Kits — Sport and Track — though those kits are 2025-2027 only because of their front-end parts. These skirts on their own fit 2020-2027.

Why Carbon Fiber

A rocker is the longest single run on the vehicle, and length is unforgiving. A sag of a few millimeters in the middle of a side skirt is invisible up close and obvious from across a parking lot, because the eye reads it against the straight line of the door above it.

That span is also why this is the panel most likely to meet a curb, a parking block or a workshop lift arm. Mounted along a line that low, it absorbs whatever the vehicle drives over before the doors ever do.

Sold as a pair and cured together, so the two sides agree with each other — matching a skirt bought months after its partner is the problem this avoids.

Returns require our approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request one. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Items that have been installed, used or modified cannot be returned. Non-standard carbon finishes are non-returnable once the order has been placed.
