The 2025 refresh gave the Explorer ST a flatter, more upright face. The factory lower bumper stops short of finishing the thought.

Same Feral Auto design and the same mold as the carbon Sport front spoiler, fitted to the same factory attachment points. Built from FRP — fiber-reinforced plastic — and shipped primed, ready for your painter to match your factory color code.

The Sport profile sits tighter to the body; the Track version runs deeper and further forward. Pairs with the FRP Side Skirts for a full body-color treatment.

This is the front-end piece in the FRP Aero Bundle Kit (Sport), which takes it plus the side skirts, roof spoiler and mid trunk wing as one order — four parts, one color match, one session at the paint booth.

Fits the 2025-2027 Ford Explorer ST only. The 2025 refresh reshaped the front end, so this part does not fit 2020-2024 Explorers.

Why FRP

Body color is the entire point of this part. A Sport spoiler hugs the bumper rather than standing away from it, so sprayed to your code it reads as a deeper factory bumper rather than something added afterwards. A carbon weave announces a change; this profile may be one you would rather not announce.

The trade is appearance, not fit. This is the same mold as the carbon part, so it sits on the vehicle identically. What you give up is the weave; what you get back is integration with your paint and a lower price.

There is a practical benefit too. FRP takes primer and paint evenly and a body shop can fill, sand and respray it back to invisible — which is not true of carbon, where the same damage usually means a replacement part.

Finish

Ships primed in gray, ready for paint. This part is not offered in a carbon finish — for weave, see the carbon fiber version, available in gloss, matte, Honey Comb and forged.

Returns require our approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request one. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Items that have been installed, used or modified cannot be returned. Non-standard carbon finishes are non-returnable once the order has been placed.
