Why FRP
FRP is what most painted aero has been made from for decades, and it is the right answer when you want the shape in your car's own color rather than a carbon weave. It is strong, light, takes primer and paint evenly, and it is straightforward for a body shop to repair if it meets a curb — which is not true of carbon.
Why FRP Makes Particular Sense on the Track Profile
This is the lowest-hanging part we make for the S650. It reaches further forward than the Sport does, which means it finds driveway lips, parking blocks and steep ramp transitions first — on a profile this deep that is a question of when rather than if.
FRP is the material a body shop can fill, sand and repaint back to invisible. Cracked carbon is a replacement, not a repair. If you drive the car rather than show it, that difference is worth more than the weave.

Returns require our approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request one. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable.
Items that have been installed, used or modified cannot be returned. Non-standard carbon finishes are non-returnable once the order has been placed.
If we shipped the wrong part or it has a manufacturing defect, there is no fee and we cover return shipping. Damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery — see our Shipping policy.
